Our Adult Intro To Break Class is our flagship class, the one that started it all. The lesson plan has been finely honed throughout the years to what today is (we believe) one of the most effective Intro To Break Courses on the planet. Nothing can replace expert live instruction. An instructional DVD or clips on YouTube cannot give you instant feedback, and tell you how you can improve.

This class has been designed for the absolute beginner. We do not market the class to professional dancers, but rather just people who have always been curious on what it's like to learn how to break, but never knew how to go about it. We take care of that.

Starting off with some basic drills and exercises on your feet which help to optimize your body control and understand momentum and movement, then we slowly ease you into basic footwork on the ground, then by week 4 you'll be doing freezes, and by week 6 you'll have a well rounded fundamental knowledge of the various aspects of breaking.

We have been doing the "try before you buy" thing for years, and we can do that because once you see how amazing our classes are, how laid back and fun the environment is, you'll most likely sign up.

The first goal in any of our classes is to HAVE FUN! And when it's a loose and fun environment, students happen to learn quicker with no pressure and can be themselves while experimenting with body movement.

Don't be surprised if you leave class with a sore face from laughing so hard. It's entertainment as much as it is instruction. This is why we are so successful at what we do. This is our philosophy.
